We are looking for a licensed psychologist with a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) focus and experience in working with adult patients. You are confident in your work, structured, and value collegial collaboration. Together with us, you will lead the psychosocial team at our health center.

About the position

At our health center, you will work independently but in close collaboration with colleagues and other healthcare professionals. The goal is to help adult patients with mild to moderate mental illness or distress achieve improved mental health and increased functional capacity. You will lead the health center's psychosocial team and work with psychological counseling, diagnostics, and systematic treatment based on evidence-based methods, such as CBT.

Your tasks include treating conditions such as anxiety, depression, stress-related ill health, and crises. Treatments are often short-term. There are also cases where it is important to be able to screen for neuropsychiatric disabilities.

Rehabilitation Coordinator

You will also work as a rehabilitation coordinator (rehab coordinator). In this role, you support sick-listed patients in the rehabilitation process and serve as a resource for physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding rehabilitation and sick leave issues. Training as a rehab coordinator is provided upon starting the job.

Your profile

• Licensed psychologist with a CBT focus.
• Experience working with adult patients (from 18 years old).
• Experienced in conducting individual conversations and treatments.
• Knowledge of suicide risk assessments and ability to identify needs for acute psychiatric care.
• Good ability to collaborate and communicate, both with patients and colleagues.
• Flexible, confident in yourself and your profession, curious, and eager to learn.
• Thrives in a varied work environment and values quality and care.

We offer

We offer supervision once a month (digital, 1 hour/month) to strengthen your professionalism. The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probation period. Applications are processed continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
